There is no better home insulating material that can guard your home from air and moisture than spray-foam insulation. This type of insulation saves you money on costly utility bills by using the highest R-values in the insulation industry. It strengthens your home. It also protects your family’s health from dangerous mold, airborne pollutants, and allergens.

Here are a few benefits of choosing polyurethane spray-foam insulation:

  • Stops Air Infiltration

  • Resists Water, Mildew and Fungus

  • Adds Strength and Stability to the Building Structure

  • Provides High R-Value

  • Saves on Energy Costs

  • Reduces Vibrations and Noise

  • Will Not Shrink, Settle or Sag

  • Keeps Environmental Allergens Out

  • Contains No Dangerous Chemicals

  • No Emissions or Odors

  • No Habitat for Pests or Insects

  • Eliminates Condensation, Wet Insulation and Damage from Wood Rot

Why Foam Insulation

Foam insulation creates a fully-adhered seamless layer of insulation covering the shell of any structure. It has no joints or seams that are normally related to insulation products.

Because foam expands when it’s applied, it easily fills cracks, crevices and gaps in the      perimeter walls where batt insulation can be difficult to install and leaves air leaks. Foam seals corners, small cavities, headers, and around obstructions such as pipes and wires.

Sprayed polyurethane foam has an aged R-value of 7.0 or higher per 1 inch thickness, allowing it provide more thermal resistance with less material than any other type of commercial insulation. It also reduces airborne vibrations and sound making the structure acoustically tighter. Foam often eliminates the need for caulking, weather stripping and vapor barriers.

Government studies estimate that up to 40% of a building’s total energy loss is due to air infiltration. In the average house—even with all of the windows and doors closed—there is a combined air leak equivalent to leaving the front door wide opened. These energy-robbing drafts cause high energy costs, excess use of fossil fuels, and create ozone depleting CO2. When compared to alternative insulation systems, spray-foam can achieve monthly energy and utility savings of 30% or more. The cost of insulating with spray-foam can often be recovered in less than 5 years through energy savings alone.

Best of all, Polyurethane spray-foam contains no formaldehyde, no urea, and no chlorofluorocarbons. Spray-foam is good for both your family and the environment.
